Return Policy

CUSTOM ITEMS - SMALL BATCH ITEMS:

Design away and have fun with it!  All orders will be thoroughly reviewed and we will reach out if we have any questions or suggestions.  Once an order has been finalized and manufactured you will be able to exchange that order.

Social Post credits rules will apply to any exchanged items, however they may be subject to addendum if expressed directly at the time  of the exchange.

Robert James retains the right to in refuse any design or agree to make an item only if the exchange policy is waived.  

READY TO WHERE ITEMS:

Returns  with  in 7 days from the date of sale, or date of receipt of a shipped order to return any full priced item for a full refund.  

Any Items discounted over 20% including sale items are ONLY subject exchange or store credit.

All items must be retuned in the original unused condition.
