In 2020 we streamlined our deliveries to allow us to focus on the design and story of each garment. All NY made garments will be extremely limited in quantity increasing their quality and their exclusivity. We will introduce NEW products monthly rather than seasonally keeping our fun and informative. As a result, we will always have a new product in the Pipeline keeping you looking fresh and feeling. great in your NEW By Robert James.
This type of model puts an emphasis on sell-through and product burn rate. WE need to have complete sell-throughs and fast burn rate. In order to do this, we will bring you products starting at a lower initial cost and offer our best customers weekly or bi-weekly special offers as a way to keep in touch and ensure complete sell-through and increase the scarcity of each item.
