New York Hospitals was a war zone for the last 10 weeks.  I sat in my home I heard the sounds of the sirens day and night and not much else.  My Son looked down on Brooklyn Hospital a tractor-trailer that had been turned into a morgue.  Doctors and nurses forced to put. themselves in grave danger with our the proper PPE to protect themselves.  As a Doctor friend when I asked her  Are you working ER,  are you working COVID " I have no Choice" These people need us to defend them by acting responsibly covering our faces, and keeping our distance.  I can tell you the from my NY experience the People of NY have done so. This city that never sleeps has darkened its door dampened its light to save itself, and its workes.   We owe a debt of gratitude to everyone that answered the call and keep NY and its Heath Care system open.  Many have paid the ultimate price. 

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT KEPT NY OPEN AS WELL AS  THE NEW YORK HEALTH CARE WORKERS THAT SAVED SO MANY LIVES WHILE PUTTING THEIRS ON THE LINE.
