LEONARD ANDRES BALLISTIC NYLON // GREY
Leonard Andres was the only rider in the history of AMA Grand National racing to win the championship in his rookie season. Leonard built his son’s bikes during that championship-winning 1955 season.
This jacket pays tribute to Leonard and Flat track racing. It is made in a ballistic nylon, which is a thick, tough, nylon fabric and was developed by the DuPont corporation as a material for flak jackets to be worn by World War II airmen.
Some details include full zip front closure, two angular front zip chest pockets, two side seam pockets, two inside pockets, sleeve zip closure, working back gussets, and a stand up button front collar.
This is an amazing everyday riders jacket and also perfect for a night out around town.
